I’ve been holding off writing this for some time now. Worked at this company for a long time. However, I felt like it all went downhill the final year I worked at Oozle. By the time they decided to move to a much bigger, better office complex. For one, they spent so much money on the bigger space, but only used up half of it. Then a lot of folks left the company. It was like another employee was leaving every week! I talked with a few and they told me it was because the company was "directionless" for the employee. I mean, I was only making 30k a year. Also, they paid us hourly, not salary and they never trusted us to work from home. Also the phone lines were a mess. They never hired a receptionist to greet confused visitors or answer phones from frustrated clients. It was literary just a bunch of phones spread across the whole office floor. This made me look for other work. The company lost so many good people and I was wondering why. Then David S left the company, the COO. He was such an awesome guy and owner. It hurt when he left, but when they fired my account manager and two others people I was done. I still laugh at the day they broke the news when they told us, "Yeah, there are now three less people in the office, but hey, here are some donuts!" It felt so Severance-like. Then the pandemic started. We all had to work from home (They somehow finally trusted us to work from home, took a worldwide pandemic to cause that), but were expected to return to the office only after two weeks! The CEO Chris "I'm so great at foosball!" sent me a random message while I was working from home. "Can you come in the office tomorrow" I knew something was up, he was sending me back to the office right at the start of Covid-19! So I went in the office and half of the small amount of employees were still in the office, still, right at the start of Covid. I had nothing to do all day, waiting for Chris to show up (Must of been at TopGolf again) to pretty much fire me. I waited all day while my poor manager Patrick did the best he could in not showing signs that it was my final day. It was the longest work day of my life and I literary waited from 9am to 4pm until Chris finally showed up to talk to me. I then went to a team planning-the-next-month meeting and the whole time I was having a panic attack, knowing that I was not going to be apart of the company anymore, but them trying to make it seem like I was but giving me fake assignments. It was horrible because I knew I was getting let go the whole day because the company was losing money from clients (Or they were losing money from all that open office space). I was going to get the short end of the stick (they were going to fire one of the few employees that had a mortgage, a wife and kids and wife wasn't working at the time). So finally Chris came back from what ever he was doing all day to talk to me. He then told me “Uh, you’re going to be fine, cause we are furloughing you.” So he told me that I was losing my job, but can benefit from government relief and then re-hire me in a few months after things get better. So I went through the humiliating process of cleaning up my desk and returning my computer. It was hard and I was already exhausted emotionally. A few weeks later they gave us all cans of food, and giving us the hope that things will get better and they’ll re-hire us, it was nice of them, really was, thanks Amy. However, they never re-hired us furloughed employees, got a call from them to look elsewhere. However, from what it look like, they just hired new folks anyways as replacements. They gave up on us. I reached out to Stephanie, she pretty much ignored me. Back then I was struggling to find work and was interested in returning. (I was really desperate. lol). Flash forward to the present, I’m doing good, wife has an awesome job and my personal business is growing. Good riddance. I hope nobody from the company reaches out to this comment to try to force me to remove it, that will be futile. This is my experience, it stays.

We spent a lot of money with these guys and literally didn't get any leads. All the leads we got were useless. We are a local company and told them multiple times that we can only work in our area, but all the leads we got were from other states. We asked them multiple times to quit spending our ad money for locations we couldn't even do business in but they never would fix it. We got leads from other states until the day we cancelled their service. I was really hoping this company could help us. They were nice people but the execution was horrible, we wasted so much money. It really made our lives hard financially for a few months so I hope someone reading this review knows the risk. Also they have a cancellation fee in their contract (which under normal circumstances I understand) but for them to waste our money for months and then ask for us to pay the cancellation fee was not something I was super pleased about. I get that they need to make money too but we didn't get a SINGLE lead from them. Thankfully they waived the cancellation fee because like I said, they were nice people, but if you're a local business be careful with this company.
